As I’m sure you know Brendon is great, it probably sounds like I have a crush on him but I really appreciate everything he does and is an incredible asset for your salon. I have never been overly loyal to a particular salon in the past (generational??) but will now be because of him! In terms of customer service he is brilliant; he has great people skills and obviously a lot of talent in the art of hair styling.

I’d like you to know that Lisa who works at Shampoo n Things Dukes Arcade gives fantastic customer service. I go into the shop only infrequently but every time I go in she is just so friendly and helpful, without fail. It’d be wonderful if you are able to recognise the fabulous customer service she provides.

This is the second time I have been to Cuba Mall Rodney Wayne (the first after a DIY colour disaster) – Brendon in particular has been absolutely brilliant, he has an understanding of exactly what I am looking for and I have come away for the second time now with natural looking coloured hair and some great advice around what products I need to be using to better look after my hair.

I always find the RW Shampoo ‘n Things Dukes Arcade staff very friendly and helpful. I have an allergy to a common shampoo ingredient and your staff always take the time to help me to find a suitable product without the ‘offending’ ingredient.

The rewards programme info would have been great as I’ve been a regular for a while. Stefan is fantastic and both myself and my partner have our hair done by him now. He’s honest, skilled, knowledgeable and give really good info about what he is doing and why. Hope he stays on with you for a long time! He’s a credit to your company and the mood of the other staff seems improved when he is around.

I like going to your shop. Your salespeople are very friendly and know their products. They always tell you what the right product for your hair is. I had once bought a product because I wanted a cheaper option and the salesperson shared her knowledge about another product. But I still went and bought the cheaper option. In the end, she was right and I ended up wasting the product that I bought. I should have listened.

YEah I was pretty impressed by the girl who worked there – she offered a sample for me to use after explaining I had spent a fortune on Serum and treatments for my curly hair and found that they were often the wrong products, either to heavy creating product build up or so cleaning that my hair felt like it wanted to break. She was very helpful! I wish I could remember her name – corner store in Wellington (Willis street, I think)

I think the name of my hairdresser was Seth/Seb? He was absolutely brilliant! He is the best hair dresser I have ever been to! My hair cut is exactly what I was looking for. I came in with a short mullet from a hair modelling showcase I had been in a few months ago. He knew exactly what I wanted and gave me a short cropped cut that looks modern and feminine and I have a new confidence because of it! He was really lovely and all the rest of the staff were fabulous too!

The guy I spoke to was excellent – I explained I only needed shampoo and conditioner, he asked about my hair type and what I wanted from my hair products, and didn’t try to sell me any styling products because he knew I didn’t need them. Great service!
